ENL Teacher

Minimum Job Requirements:

Valid NYS Certification in TESOL K-12

Job Description:

The Guilderland Central School District is currently looking for candidates who possess:

A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred; valid NYS Certification in TESOL K-12
Diverse backgrounds, educational interests, and experiences
A passion for teaching and a positive attitude
Ability to build a positive rapport with students and parents and maintain a culturally responsive classroom
The willingness to work with different learning styles and learning needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An adaptable and coachable mindset
Familiarity with the NYS standards and supporting multilingual learners in the general education environment
