Works directly for the Instructional Administrator for Elementary Special Education
Duties include:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Elementary Special Education Department including preparation and distribution of meeting notices, consent forms, and related documents.
Coordinates and schedules CPSE/CSE meetings
Prepares and maintains accurate records and files in compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitors timelines to ensure compliance with special education requirements and district deadlines.
Maintains data in student information and IEP management systems (e.g., IEP Direct, Frontline, or similar).
Communicates effectively with parents, staff, and outside agencies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
