High School Ski Club Advisor (Self-Funded)
School Year: 2026–2027

 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Advisor for the High School Ski Club during the 2026–2027 school year. The Ski Club provides students with the opportunity to build community, develop skills, and enjoy recreational skiing/snowboarding in a safe and supportive environment.

Position Overview:
The Ski Club Advisor will oversee the organization, planning, and supervision of all Ski Club activities. This includes coordinating ski trips, managing communication with families and students, and ensuring that all district and school policies are followed.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing club meetings and ski outings
   

• Coordinating transportation, passes, and logistics with the ski resort
   

• Supervising students during all club activities and events
   

• Communicating regularly with students, families, and administration
   

• Managing club finances (note: the Ski Club is self-funded)
   

• Ensuring student safety and adherence to school/district policies
   

Qualifications:

• Complete application and fingerprinting
   

• Strong organizational and communication skills
   

• Willingness to supervise evening and/or weekend trips
   

• Interest in skiing/snowboarding preferred but not required
   

Additional Information:

• This is a self-funded extracurricular position. All program expenses, including transportation, lift tickets, and equipment, will be covered through student/family payments and/or club fundraising.
