Job Description:

  • Works directly for the Instructional Administrator for Elementary Special Education 

Duties include:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the Elementary Special Education Department including preparation and distribution of meeting notices, consent forms, and related documents.

  • Coordinates and schedules CPSE/CSE meetings 

  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and files in compliance with state and federal regulations 

  • Monitors timelines to ensure compliance with special education requirements and district deadlines.

  • Maintains data in student information and IEP management systems (e.g., IEP Direct, Frontline, or similar).

  • Communicates effectively with parents, staff, and outside agencies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

$20.53 - $21.72 per hour, depending on experience.
