Position: Instructional Administrator for High School Math, Science, and Technology

Location: Guilderland Central School District

Job Description:

The Instructional Administrator for Math, Science and Technology is responsible for the supervision, curriculum and professional development of the high school math, science and technology departments. Additional duties include development of budgets, data analysis, NYS Regents exam administration and scoring, and communication with stakeholders.  The Instructional Administrator for Math, Science and Technology also assists with K-12 curriculum alignment and facilitation of district-wide curriculum cabinets.

Candidate must possess:

  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively
  • Ability to develop and evaluate curriculum in math, science and technology
  • Ability to facilitate staff development and instructional improvement in collaboration with faculty and staff
  • Knowledge of NYS Learning Standards and their alignment with K-12 curriculum

Minimum Starting Salary: $95,696
